The Bluetooth toggle is completely missing from your Windows settings, and you cannot connect any wireless peripherals. When you open Device Manager, the entire Bluetooth category is missing, as if the hardware does not exist on your computer.

Solution 2: Perform a complete power drain

  3. Press and hold the physical power button on the case for 30 seconds to drain static charge.

  1. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll down and locate the Bluetooth Support Service.

  4. Change the Startup type to Automatic.
